Official closing of the sale to FODR of the Revere and Bulman properties by TNC took place in Tappahannock on February 23.

“Everything is recorded, We have the receipts from the clerk of court! Looks like we now have the documents to prove we are officially the owners,” this quote was from an excited Davis Rhodes after the signing.

“It has been a long, huge, cooperative effort, and the results are certainly satisfying.  We are so grateful to all who made this acquisition possible,” added Tom Gregory.
